Who we are
Help24 is a Kenyan marketplace for local services. People post the job they need doing, providers nearby send their own quotes, and the payment is held until the work is confirmed done. We operate across Kenya, with the launch effort concentrated on Mombasa, Nairobi and Kisumu.
We are not a service company. Help24 does not employ plumbers, cleaners or electricians and does not carry out work itself — the providers on the platform are independent, and they set their own prices. If you are looking to have something done, the place to start is the service you need, not this page.
Everything reaches the same small team. We read every message and aim to reply within 24 hours.
What to include so we can help first time
- The email address or phone number on your Help24 account
- For a problem with a job, what the job was and roughly when it was posted
- For a payment question, the M-Pesa or Airtel Money reference if you have it
- For anything on the app, your phone model and the app version from Settings
- A screenshot, if there is something on screen you can show us
Never send us a password, a PIN or a mobile money authorisation code. Help24 will never ask for any of them. More on this in staying safe on Help24.
